William Michael "Will" Smith (born July 10, 1989) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball.
Professional career [edit]
Smith was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the seventh round of the 2008 Major League Baseball Draft. On July 23, 2010, Smith along with Sean O'Sullivan were traded to the Kansas City Royals for Alberto Callaspo.[1]
Smith was called up to the majors for the first time on May 22, 2012.[2] The Royals recalled Smith (LHP) from Triple-A Omaha on April 21, 2013.[1]
