William Aila

William Ailā is the harbormastor of the Waianae Small Boat Harbor. In 2006 he announced his candidacy for the Hawaii Democratic Party's nomination for Governor of Hawaii. In the primary on September 23, 2006, he lost the nomination to Randy Iwase.
