Wish Bone is stage name of Charles C. Scruggs, an American rapper and member of the Grammy-Award winning Cleveland rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.[1] He is sometimes referred to as 'Wish N Bone' by his fellow band members and has also gone by the names Straight Jacket and Big Wi$h.

Wish Bone is the cousin of Steven "Layzie Bone" Howse and younger cousin of Stanley "Flesh-n-Bone" Howse. He has remained silent despite the solo success of the other members of the group. He has a son named Charles "Lil' Wish" Scruggs, III. He was married to a Jocelyn A. Scruggs. but now is divorced as of May 2008. He also participated little on the Mo Thugs Family albums. He founded Thugline Records together with his fellow Bone Thug member Krayzie Bone.

Wish Bone has reported in various radio interviews that a solo album will be released. His album was supposed to be released nearly 10 years ago, but nothing has surfaced as of yet. He has collaborated with fellow Bone Thugs-n-Harmony member Krayzie Bone on his solo albums, as well as on Bone Brothers, and on the track "Parlay With a Hustla". The rumored title of Wish Bone's solo album is "Heaven Or Hell", and a track has been leaked called "Somebody's Gonna Die Tonight", a collaboration with "Unforgiven"..

Krayzie Bone recently stated in an interview that Wish's first solo project "Wishmaster" is currently in production and could be released as early as 2009.
