Witthaya Hloagune or Witthaya Laohakul previously nickname "Heng" (Lucky) (Thai: วิทยา เลาหกุล; born February 1, 1954 in Lamphun Province, Thailand) is a football Midfielder from Thailand. Between 1975 and 1985. He is the first thai footballer who play for a European club at German Bundesliga side Hertha BSC.
