18U Baseball World Cup
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The IBAF AAA (18U) Baseball World Cup is a 18 and under international baseball tournament sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation (IBAF), which was first held in 1981 in United States. It is one of several tournaments considered by the IBAF to be considered a minor world championship, and as such the results of the tournaments have an impact on the IBAF World Rankings.[1]
The current champions are Chinese Taipei. They won their second title at the 2010 World Junior Baseball Championship held in Ontario, Canada, hosted by the Thunder Bay International Baseball Association.
