World Without Waves is a 2001 film by director and writer J. Mitchell Johnson. The film stars Will Stewart, Tara Bast and Jeff Kober. This independent production relates the story of a man who develops an allergy to electricity. The subject matter also relates the struggle of a character (Sarah) with bi-polar disorder. The meeting of these two individuals and their relationship is defined in the film.
