Wren is an unincorporated community in Monroe County, Mississippi.

Wren is sited at 33°58′18″N 88°35′59″W between Amory and Okolona. According to the United States Geological Survey, a variant name is Wrens.

New Wren is located at 33°58′18″N 88°36′48″W on U.S. Route 45, near its intersection with U.S. Route 278.
