X-Ray Dog is an American musical library which is located in Burbank, California. They compose music for Hollywood movie trailers and soundtracks. X-Ray Dog composes and plays "bombastic, epic, orchestral music".[1]

The group's music has been featured in trailers for a number of films, such as the Harry Potter series, the Pirates of the Caribbean series, the Chronicles of Narnia series, 10,000 B.C., Alice in Wonderland, Iron Man, Cowboys and Aliens, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, My Week with Marilyn, Transformers, The King's Speech, Hellboy, Prince of Persia, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, X-Men: First Class, Atonement, Man on Wire, Up, The Book of Eli, Gran Torino and Robin Hood.
