X-wing Rogue Squadron: The Phantom Affair is a four-part story arc in the X-wing: Rogue Squadron series of comic books written by Michael Stackpole & Darko Macan. The first issue was published on 1 February 1996 by Dark Horse Comics. The story is set in the Star Wars galaxy approximately one year after the Battle of Endor in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, and five years after the Battle of Yavin in Episode IV: A New Hope
