XHAS-TDT2 is the LATV-affiliated commercial television station for the San Diego, California and Tijuana, Baja California markets. It is a second digital subchannel of Telemundo affiliate XHAS-TV owned by Entravision Communications. Over-the-air, XHAS-TDT2 broadcasts a standard definition digital signal on UHF channel 33.2 from a transmitter at its studios in San Diego, California. The origins of XHAS-TDT2 began in 2011 when XHAS-TV announced that it would launch a LATV affiliate on channel 33.2.[1]
