Sirius XM Preview, located on channel 1 on Sirius XM Radio, is a promotional channel advertising the Sirius XM service. The channel is preset on new units and store displays in order to advertise Sirius XM to potential customers, as well as to notify current customers as to events on other channels. As a promotional channel, it is available from any Sirius and XM radio without a subscription.
Because it is a promotional channel, it is not counted against CanCon regulations for XM Canada.
