Xorro is a web application framework that enables two-way iterative development between programmers and web designers. It provides the benefits associated with XSLT in a simpler, more maintainable form. Xorro was developed by Colin Webber while working at Thawte Technologies and is available with a GNU General Public License (GPL). The project is maintained at SourceForge.
