A constitutional referendum is planned in Yemen.[1]

A National Dialogue Conference was launched on 18 March 2013, with participants representing different political parties involved in drawing up a new constitution under the guidance of constitutional experts from France.[2] The referendum was originally planned for 15 October 2013,[2] before being delayed due to secessionist demands from South Yemen.[3]
