"You Won't Get Much Sleep" is the title of a debut single by Wirral based indie band Alexis Blue. The single was released as a limited pressing of 333 copies on blue 7" vinyl and digital download via iTunes, on People vs Grass Records. A small number of vinyls were available at their gigs, with the majority sold online and instore through London-based Sister Ray. A limited amount of singles were also shipped to Japan where the band have a disproportionately large fanbase and the single sold out on pre-order alone. The vinyl format of this single sold out within weeks worldwide.

You Won't Get Much Sleep was backed up by a music video which was created and produced by Liverpool based media specialists Tomfoolery Pictures Ltd. The video was broadcast on MTV2 during September/October 2007 and gained an hourly slot on Liverpool city centre BBC big screen in December 2007.
