Z99 (99.9 FM) is a radio station in the Cayman Islands in the British West Indies.[2] The station is owned by Hurley's Entertainment Corporation.[3] It airs a Contemporary Hit Radio music format. Hurley’s Entertainment Corporation Limited was founded in 1992 by Randy L. Merren.[4]
Z99FM was the first commercial radio station in the Cayman Islands.[4] It began broadcasting as ZFZZ, issued under the British call sign system, in May 1992.[1] The station's most recent license was issued on 11 December, 2003[5][6]
