Zdzisław Zbigniew Podkański (born on 18 October 1949 in Guzówka, Poland) is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament for the Lublin Voivodship with the Polish People's Party, part of the European People's Party and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Culture and Education.
Podkański is a substitute for the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development and a vice-chair of the Delegation to the EU-Moldova Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
