Zebralution is a digital distributor for independent labels.

Founded in December 2003 by Sascha Lazimbat and Kurt Thielen, the company operates from locations in Duisburg, Berlin, Los Angeles, London, Paris and Barcelona offering distribution, marketing and administrative services.

Zebralution functions as an interface between rights owners / labels and digital retailers (Download, Streaming), e.g. iTunes, Musicload, Amazon, Napster, Rhapsody, Beatport, eMusic, Vodafone.

In 2007, Warner Music acquired a significant stake in Zebralution GmbH.[1] Zebralution operates as a freestanding unit.
