How we will see unregistered users[редактиране на кода]

Hi!

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.

When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.

Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin will still be able to access the IP. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on better tools to help.

If you have not seen it before, you can read more on Meta. If you want to make sure you don’t miss technical changes on the Wikimedia wikis, you can subscribe to the weekly technical newsletter.

We have two suggested ways this identity could work. We would appreciate your feedback on which way you think would work best for you and your wiki, now and in the future. You can let us know on the talk page. You can write in your language. The suggestions were posted in October and we will decide after 17 January.

Тези, които със сигурност са с изтекъл срок на авторските права може ли спокойно да се качват. Как стои въпросът с по-новите. Дали да не измоля и новооткритата снимка. Проблемът с новооткритата снимка е, че -- поне доколкото става ясно от публикацията -- не е категорично доказано, че на нея е заснет тъкмо Бенковски. Има много податки за това, но не е категорично. По тази причина и да се качи, ще е спекулативно да се твърди (от нас в Уикипедия) нещо, което не е безспорно установено (от учените, които се занимават с темата). За други снимки, които са ви били предоставени, надявам се, че са в максимално висока резолюция (над 300dpi), категорично разпознати и документирани, с изминали поне 70 години от смъртта на фотографа или поне 70 години от първа разгласа при анонимен автор. Ако да, лицензите, под които следва да се качват в Общомедия такива снимки са "PD-old-70" и "PD-anon-70-EU" (също "Anonymous EU"). Най-проблематично би било позоваването на точен източник, тъй като "Дирекция на музеите" само по себе си ми се струва недостатъчно, може би книга, архивен фонд. Здрасти, попаднах на проекта за паметните плочи и на регистъра на СО. Има много потенциал тук за един хубав data round triping GLAM проект между Уикипедия/уикиданни и този регистър. Моля, кажете ми малко повече за него:

  • Поддържа ли се от СО след 2016?
  • Въобще официален регистър ли е (има ли наредба в която е заложен)? Ако да - идентификаторите на сайта отговарят ли на тези в регистъра?
  • Можете ли да съдействате да издействаме да си публикуват материалите с отворен лиценз така че да ги качваме в Общомедия?

Nikola Tulechki: Веднага отговарям. 1) не знам; 2) не знам, но предполагам. 3) нямам контакти на никакво ниво в СО и не ми се занимава да търся. Въпреки че паметните плочи са ми някаква лична страст, започнах страницата в общото именно пространство с надеждата, че и друг някой ще се присъедини, но май няма много интерес. Побутвам си сама и колкото толкова. :) А, да, също така, регистърът включва и скулптури, които потенциално са проблем за качване в Общомедия. От всички неща в регистъра може би само паметните плочи (като съдържащи информационен текст без оригиналност, за която може да се претендират права) са безпроблемни за прекачване при този т.нар. data round tripping. Но пак опира до това има ли някой сили, време и желание да се разправя със СО за такова нещо (аз нямам). Спири ··· - - - ··· 15:57, 5 септември 2023 (UTC)[отговор]
@Spiritia Мерси, сили за комуникация със СО ще се намерят, особено след есента, когато очакванията са чеще са доста по-възприемчиви на такъв вид колаборации. Какво имаш првдид че скулптурите ще са проблемни? Да, в България няма свобода на панорамата и скулпторът (и наследниците му) запазва правата си 70 години след смъртта си - което обхваща почти всичко при тази група обекти. --Спас Колев (беседа) 11:25, 6 септември 2023 (UTC)[отговор]

С извинение, че се намесвам, но на самия сайт на регистъра си е посочено: "Пред вас е онлайн приложението на Публичния регистър на възпоменателните обекти, художествените елементи и произведенията на изкуството в обществената среда на София. Регистърът служи за въвеждане и обновяване на сведенията за местонахождението, характеристиката и актуалното състояние на обектите с мемориални и публични художествени функции в двадесет и четирите района на Столична община.Регионален исторически музей – София (Музей за история на София) поддържа Публичния регистър съгласно чл. 36, глава 7 на „Наредба за именуване и преименуване на общински обекти, поставяне, преместване и премахване на паметници и художествени елементи на територията на Столична община” от 2016 г."
