Zalom, Joseph Louis, 611-03-03 ART/C, USNR, V-6 and Miller, Reginald Hayman, 268-54-39 AMM/C, USNR. The pilot, Lt. (jg) John Higbie Palmer, 106412 AVN, USNRF, survived. The propeller blade was retrieved from the sunken wreck of the Grumman TBF-1 Avenger. |
