Bracken on the WoldsBracken, East Riding of Yorkshire – While natural disambiguation is generally preferred over comma disambiguation it doesn't seem like "Bracken on the Wolds" is commonly used similar to Bray, Berkshire v Bray on Thames and Madonna (entertainer) (before being moved to the base name) rather than Madonna Ciccone, see Wikipedia:How2title#Examples of parenthetic/comma disambiguation trumping "natural disambiguations" per conventions. Standard sources like the Ordnance Survey for the current place, the township and former parish and KEPN all use "Bracken". When I Google "Bracken on the Wolds" in quotes it only returns 13 results and then gives the option to show the duplicate results. While you would not expect a boat lot of Google hits for a place that is little more than a farm or so and was abolished as a parish in the 1930s you would expect more than 13 non duplicate Google hits which suggests the title is not "commonly used" for the purpose of natural disambiguation.
