Moved intact from the feminism page 27 September 2001. Seemed more appropriate to have this on its own page.

Just a few items:

  • Why capitalize "feminism"? It isn't usually capitalized, I don't think.
  • Is there actually such a thing as 'feminist spirituality, or would it be more accurate to say that there are certain spirtual views that feminists tend to have more often than other groups of people? Just because feminists tend to be neopagans more often than non-feminists, it doesn't follow that neopaganism deserves the name "feminist spirituality"; that strikes me as tendentious and hence contrary to the neutral point of view. Maybe a better name, therefore, would be "feminism and neopaganism"--that's just a guess. I'm sure there are a dozen appropriate names that are not tendentious in the way "feminist spirituality" seems to be.

I hope this helps. Welcome, whoever you are! I hope you can help fill in the feminism and neopaganism sections!
