Btw You need to learn how to spell, & the [[M2 Machine Gun|m2]]'s [[.50 BMG]] rounds have steel cores and were used in ww2 against tanks because their exceptional armor piercing qualities, aditionaly the European broadsword’s even strength made it more prone to shattering even by lateral force than say the shiho-zume-gitae type katana aditionaly the creation of martensite/peralite in swords is exclusive to only certan asian nations. read a military history book next time. You need to learn not to be a jerk number 72. Not all M2 rounds have steel cores, and they may have shot at takes with them but they certainly didn't penetrate against anything that could remotely be considered a proper tank. Second the Broadsword was dual tempered. All swords were.
