This is a list of internet service providers of India carrying A, B, and C licences who provided broadband access to 99,203,836 users as of March 2015.^[1]

State owned or Public Sector companies

BSNL - servicing all of India except Mumbai and Delhi. FTTH, Triple-play Broadband Services provided by ADSL and VDSL. Also providing internet services over GPRS, 3G, as well as WiMax.^[2]^[3]
MTNL - servicing Mumbai and Delhi. FTTH, Triple-play Broadband Services provided by ADSL under the "Tri-Band" brand. Also providing GPRS and 3G internet services.

In 2007, BSNL started providing EVDO services.^[4]
