The Scion xD is a new sporty hatchback to be introuduced by Scion for 2008. It is slated to replace the xA which will be discontinued at the end of the 2006 model year.The vehicle was unveiled at an invitation-only no-camera event in Miami on December 16, 2006 along with the next-generation xB. The new xD will begin appearing Scion showrooms in Spring 2007.
