Adding Process of GDD

- You have to use multiple reliable sources for this like those at WP:VG/RS. www.gamedesigning.org is not a reliable source as far as I can tell. I don't see who the authors are or what their credentials are. There's no editorial team and none of the other things one would expect of a reliable source. Their About Us looks like a cookie cutter blog page and inspires no confidence.
