Reason: Passes criteria 1 (if it passes it slightly, it can be excepted for unique images, since it pictures a rare-and-historical landmark). It passes 2, 3, and 4. It also passes 5 (see criteria 1 reason), slightly passes 6 (I can try to get a picture of the plaque, which states this), 7, and 8.
