The Adelaide Sevens, also known as the Australia Sevens, is played annually as part of the IRB Sevens World Series for international rugby sevens (seven-a-side version of rugby union). The 2007 competition, which took place on April 7 and 8, was played at the Adelaide Oval, South Australia. It was the first such tournament in Adelaide, replacing the Singapore Sevens, and is part of the 2006-07 IRB Sevens World Series.

The competition was won by Fiji.
