Under Tony’s guidance and leadership, St. Joseph Communications has emerged as a tour de force within the industry, offering our clients the most comprehensive suite of integrated solutions in content, print, documents, and media. Tony’s former positions include President and General Manager of St. Joseph Printing. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Association, a board member of the St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation Board and the Arts Gallery of Ontario, a cabinet member of Ryerson University and an honorary board member of Scouts Canada. Tony is also co-founder and co-chairman of Luminato, Toronto’s Festival of Arts and Creativity.

Frank Gagliano Vice Chairman, St. Joseph Communications

Frank has over 30 years experience in the communications and graphic arts industry, including more than 10 years as President of a Toronto-based advertising agency. During the last 20 years as a shareholder and senior executive at St. Joseph Communications, Frank has been instrumental in directing the company through key acquisitions, including the privatization of the Queen's Printer when the federal government outsourced the Canada Communication Group, which doubled the size of the company overnight. As President of St. Joseph’s Documents platform, Frank led the group through a total convergence strategy. Today, Frank has turned his attention to enterprise-wide convergence, focusing on opportunities for acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and new start-ups that align with the company’s strategic plan. Frank is a founding member of CORE (Centre of Outsourcing Research and Education) and sits on their board. He also sits on the board of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Foundation and other public and advisory boards.

Tim Zahavich Chief Financial Officer, St. Joseph Communications

Tim Zahavich rejoined St. Joseph Communications as Chief Financial Officer in 2006, a position he held from 1999 to 2000. He was also instrumental in strengthening our financial profile through the raising of public debt. In the time in between, Tim held the post of Chief Financial Officer in a number of public companies including COM DEV International and Gennum Corporation. His extensive knowledge in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, tax planning, and capital raising coupled with his excellent relationships within the financial community are a great asset to St. Joseph Communications.

John Gagliano President, St. Joseph Print and St. Joseph Documents
