Dominion

Dominion is a darkwave/goth rock band originally formed around the early 90s in Metro Manila, The Philippines.

The band rose to prominence from the underground by delivering a packaged gothic identity to the filipino masses in a place and time that did not expect for it.

Their sound although not a purely original concept projects influences from the 80's postpunk-Gothic rock archetype;bands such as the cure,sisters of mercy,fields of the nephilim ,and Bauhaus are easily heard but the incorporation of various elements and visuals including metal guitars , ethnic asian instruments , ethnic symbolism are what makes them albeit unique from their couterparts.

Like a yin meets yang concept, they both have a hard-soft, soft-hard style.
