Corniche is a waterfront promenade corniche in Alexandria, Egypt, a major srteer which runs along the Eastern Harbour.
It was designed by Italian Egyptian architect Pietro Avoscani in 1870.[1][2]
Is western end starts by the Citadel of Qaitbay (built in place of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World) and runs for about ten miles.
