On kariwuhrer.net, there's nowhere Wührer but in biography. It is spelled Wuhrer everywhere else even on that site. 85.217.50.155 (talk) 00:02, 11 July 2010 (UTC)

:Are you stupid? Like above poster said, she does not even herself actually spell it that way (with ü). Her real name is Kari Wührer, but her artist name actually seems to be Kari Wuhrer. Believe it or not. As in WP:NAME, the version with normal u is way more common. 85.217.42.202 (talk) 04:11, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Wuhrer as Tanya in C&C series

I swear that she's also in the original C&C Red Alert as Tanya. I'm too lazy to dig up my old game boxes, but if I do find it, it will probably say that Tanya was played by Ms. Wuhrer.

You're correct. violet/riga (t) 10:38, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I goofed... Recently I actually installed Win98 on an old box and loaded Red Alert, and Ms. Wuhrer isn't Tanya. My mind is playing tricks on me. But she was a bit more pleasant than the original Tanya in the FMVs of RA1 I guess. Calyth 04:59, 23 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
She's Tanya in Red Alert 2, not the first one. meinsla talk 13:42, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Note re: ABC

The case was dismissed in December 2006. I don't know if there was a settlement or not, so I added a sentence stating "for unknown reasons". If someone knows why, feel free to add it. Ramsquire (throw me a line) 18:56, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not a lawyer, so this is just my own understanding of terms (take it with a grain of salt, and do correct me if I'm wrong): If a lawsuit is "dismissed," then it was considered to be without merit, and there was no settlement. But if it was "settled," then the lawsuit did have merit and the plaintiff would have received some sort of compensation.

If Kari's case was dismissed, then she must not have been able to back up her claim. JilliJ (talk) 05:36, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, I did some reading an it appears it is supposed to be pronounced 'we were.' meinsla talk 00:18, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
