Rewrite

Whoever did this has done an awful job. I've fixed the opening spiel, but that early career piece needs to be totally redone! And it needs to be sourced as well - no sources at all in that section. 124.180.170.151 (talk) 12:35, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
