NeilN is a coward. He is incredibly incompetent to become an admin. Even though he must have looked up Bsimonis' contribs when he mentioned him on his own RfA, he chose to ignore the glaring error that was just waiting to be corrected: Bsimonis had moved his sandbox draft to the project namespace (Wikipedia:Palm Springs School of Architecture). But NeilN chose to continue with his own work rather than correct the simple page-move error and request a history split. This oppose rationale overpowers all the 167 support votes.
