Hi

Thank you for your good advise , you are so good for friendly advise- i really do not do any thing for revenge . G 11 must be equal for all. Guide me more - How all this happen - e.g G7 - G11- I replied honestly & contested with genuine reason. I found many , various articles e.g amazon.com/ ebay/ flipcart and many more . I want to add some indian top sites which will be usefull for reader espasially in law segment for common law countries , willing to share landmark judgements , want to give reference of books and put the sites of library & stores where one can get it - I do have other question in my mind e.g why the page of one is deleted e.g ebcwebstore.com and the others (amazon/ebay/flipcart and many more ) sustains. can you please share your knowledge with me and guide me how this all happen is wikipedia owners /administrators is partial. the other question which comes in my mind is How i can also do write such articles & save them so that other must not delete. will be happy if you guide me doing good contribution. Hi Priyadarshivishal23, and thanks for your message. First of all, your easy question: How i can also do write such articles & save them so that other must not delete.
Rather than simply starting an article, I suggest you write it in your sandbox first. There is a link at the top of the page, next to your username and talk. If you want to work on several at the same time, you can either use the "Draft" area or your "User" area. Personally, I recommend your user area. So if you want to start drafting articles about cats and dogs, you can save them at User:Priyadarshivishal23/Dog and User:Priyadarshivishal23/Cat. Then, when you feel it is ready to be published, you can request a review of it. Others will give you input on what needs to be fixed.

The above reply is good and apply this practice .Priyadarshivishal23 (talk) 11:07, 6 July 2015 (UTC)priyadarshivishal23[reply]

Now for your harder question, why does Amazon have an article, but not ebcwebstore? To answer this, Wikipedia's guideline on notability is the most important page to read, in order to understand why some things have an article but not others.
Basically, Amazon has an article because it has been reported about in the media and academia before. Did you know that the article on Twitter was once almost deleted? But it was saved because someone found some news articles about it. That is the key to Wikipedia - finding other news or academic articles which discuss the topic. If you can find news or other sources which discuss ebcwebstore, then that would be the basis of an article.
Regarding your comment I want to add some indian top sites which will be usefull for reader espasially in law segment for common law countries, I'm afraid you may be approaching it the wrong way. I'll try to explain it this way. If I want to buy a book from America, I will visit Amazon.com.

"Top site" i written wrongly I am willing to write/say reliable here . Priyadarshivishal23 (talk) 11:07, 6 July 2015 (UTC)priyadarshivishal23[reply]

If I think "That's a cool site, who created it?', then I can come to wikipedia and learn about Amazon's history. If I want to buy a book about Indian law, I can buy it at ebcwebstore. But I don't need a wikipedia page for that. That's why it sounds like promotion when you say "adding top sites about the law". If they are top relable sites, we can add their references into the articles about the law. But we don't need articles about the sites, we need articles about the law. If people start writing newspaper articles about the history of ebcwebstore, then in the future there will be material that can be used to create an article about that site. Right now, I don't beleive that material exists.
Here's an example. Every day me and my workmates eat lunch at a small restaurant. It is a great source of food, and very important for our lives. If it disappeared it would be horrible! But nobody has ever written about it in books and newspapers, so I can't write an article about it even though I love it. But on the other hand, a very famous restaurant like Sukiyabashi Jiro has an article. If you look at the references in that article, many newspapers have written about the restaurant before. That is our source of information for the article.
So, if you are writing an article about an Indian Supreme Court Case, you can refer to any outside sites as sources of information as long as they are reliable. But having an article about the source is not necessary and not related to using it as a source. In other words, we don't need an article about ebcwebstore.com in order to use it as a reference (where appropriate). I know nothing about that site, but if it is really famous and people have written articles about the site (not about what's on the site), then an article about it would be possible.
Finally, I don't think administrators are partial here. The Times of India is a good example of a well-known Indian business with a Wikipedia article. I hope you can see why Amazon and The Times have their own articles, because they are at the top level of notability. But not everything can have an article.
I'm sorry this is such a long response. I hope it makes sense. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 06:38, 6 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your Response/ Guidance is really valuable so you must not be sorry for writing long. I am greatfull for receiving this long reply up to a extent i learned something good. Thanks. You are right It make sense too. you have very good capacity of convincing. But AMAZON/EBAY/BOOKFINDER/FLIPCART VS. OTHERS on g11 & g12 & rightnow is diffcult to understand by me. I still belive partiality. Next time onwards when i am willing to create something great i will create in sandbox as you guided and i also ask your guidance if you donot mind.

Thanks Priyadarshivishal23 (talk) 11:07, 6 July 2015 (UTC)priyadarshivishal23[reply]

I don't mind at all. You are welcome Priyadarshivishal23. I didn't mention the G11, G12 issue though. Let's start with G12, the easier one on copyright. This is only used where basically the whole contents of an article has been copied and pasted from a book or other website. I would like to show you examples, but they normally get deleted pretty quickly. I don't know what the contents of your article were, but a common mistake by new users is to copy the "About Us" section of a company's website and paste it into a new article about the company. That would fall into both G11 (promotional), but also G12 (copyright). Also, students will sometimes copy a chapter of a textbook into a new article. That is a G12 copyright problem.

Ok. You explain good . Priyadarshivishal23 (talk) 06:05, 7 July 2015 (UTC)priyadarshivishal23[reply]

For an article to be deleted as G11, the whole thing has to be promotional. Amazon.com doesn't fall into that category, because the article has some bad stuff in there too. For example, this section. However, sometimes employees of very large companies do try to insert promotional information into articles. Recently I deleted a large chunk of text that looks like was inserted by an employee.

Dominos is the biggest pizza company in Australia. It has an article that is mainly neutral, but I deleted this because it looks too promotional to me. Maybe more in that timeline should be deleted too. I'm not sure.

Good luck with your article writing. Let me know anytime you have any other questions. Also, thank you very much for the barnstar. It is the first time I have received one and I feel very honoured! AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 00:36, 7 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I will be highly obliged. Priyadarshivishal23 (talk) 05:57, 7 July 2015 (UTC)priyadarshivishal23[reply]

Hanshin Tiger Articles

Hi! Thanks for the message! I'm glad you liked them, although to be honest, they are not that well written. I just translate most of them directly from their Japanese Wikipedia articles, and since I am not yet that fluent in Nihongo, my translations tend to look like a hodgepodge of clippings from various newspaper article. I also admit to mucking up some of the articles when I was still new to Wiki, though not intentionally of course (terribly sorry about Katoh-san's article). >_<

I'm still learning though, and will try to improve the articles in time. Right now, I just do them for fun. Ehehe. Please feel free to edit them if you can. Thanks again! :)

Transfer of Property Act 1882 wikipedia

Thankyou for your message regarding edit on Transfer of Property Act 1882 wikipedia .

THe content to be added on this wiki will be very usefull . I am having some beautifull citation of the Supreme Court/ High Court of India and relevant text to support how the 19 other statutes that I have added are primarily concerned with ,transfer of property act 1882 and getting used by Practitioners in their day to day practice in contect of transfer of property act 1882.

So if you allow kindly let it be their. The main objective is this aricle will be easy to understand by the viewer and they get all relevant and usefull information on this wiki in the context of Transfer of property act 1882. Hope you agree. If you are not you can revert the changes done with true efforts and i will not do any further editing on it. Your suggestion and guidance will always be appreciated.

Warm regards

Thank you for your reply Priyadarshivishal23. I have left the list for now, but I am unsure about what you are proposing. The article in question is about the 1882 Act. It should not be a general discussion of property law. Citations from court cases about the Act would be fantastic additions, but court cases about other statutes would be irrelevant. If each of those statutes are important, they should have their own articles, with links between them. Or, as I say, everything combined into one "Property law in India" article. Currently, I think that putting everything under this act would be wrong. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 05:43, 1 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. A good example is the first paragraph that I have just deleted. It was discussing property law in general, not the Act. The first sentence/paragraph of an article must clearly introduce exactly what the topic is. I also discovered that it was a direct copy from the summary of the reference book you had listed as a reference. This sort of copy/pasting of copyrighted material is definitely not allowed. These are two issues you need to be careful of. If you have any questions, please ask anytime. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 05:46, 1 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Rating of Hyōgo-ku, Kobe

Hi, I gave the article a "C" rather than a "start" rating because it has a good length and, especially, is well illustrated. I'm not so sure what makes a "B" rating. I would just suggest expanding it as much as you can and going for "GA". Best, Yoninah (talk) 13:53, 23 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=VigLink Currently does not mention that Viglink software is treated as spyware by spyware removal programs. Viglink software has tracking cookies and alters browser output to add advertising without user permission. I'm not trained in what citation that would need, but it should be commented on in the article or it amounts to a cover-up of the negative aspect of their work. Can you help? RI Carling (talk) 08:53, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi RI Carling and thanks for your message. I did a quick google search of "Viglink spyware". There are certainly plenty of forum and blog posts of people complaining about it. But we would need something more reliable, such as a news report or a warning note from an anti-virus company. If you can find any suitable reports like that, I'll help you add it to the article. Or of course, you can have a go at adding it yourself and I'll check how you went for you. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 05:48, 3 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

Thank you very much, I am still new to wikipedia and keep making mistakes, I hope for your guidance :) Sometimes I think I am "over sourcing" but too much is better than too few I guess. I really do not want to deal with "editing war" where someone doesn't understand japanese or says there's no source. So many japanese articles have outdated or even wrong info so I want to to slowly start fixing that. Next I want to fix such articles as fukuoka-kitakyushu and maybe just rename it "Greater Fukuoka" or just Fukuoka-Kitakyushu metropolitan area and updated all that info and give a definition of what it is etc. It is Japan's fourth largest metro so it deserves a better page than what it haves IMO. Also feel free to edit/fix any of my posts (grammar, incorrect sourcing style) etc. Thank you again! Itoen90 (talk) 13:05, 27 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Itoen90, thanks for your reply. As for making mistakes, trust me, we all do that. The only thing I can suggest is to always use the preview button (twice). I've been here for about a year now, but still forget sometimes and have to go back again.
As for edit wars, I think the Japanese topics are fairly safe as long as you keep away from religion and anime, where there seem to be a lot of passionate people! But like you say, as long as you are thorough with your sources, it will be harder to argue with you.
I have never thought about the Fukuoka issue before. It looks like there are many options if you are going to rename Fukuoka–Kitakyushu. That might be an option where you run into opposition. I suggest getting opinions at the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Japan page or by using the Wikipedia:Requested moves function.
Good luck, and happy editing! AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 02:38, 28 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Weeknd

What can I do to get The Weeknd on Lana Del Rey associated acts and vice versa? JT1527 (talk) 01:43, 3 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much for your message JT1527 and welcome to Wikipedia. Please see the description of what an "associated act" is here. As far as I can tell, they have worked together on only one song, therefore it falls into the "to be avoided" category. So unfortunately the only thing you can do is to ask them to work together more.
Besides that, I hope you stick around and help work on the articles. AtHomeIn神戸 (talk) 01:50, 3 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
