Hello, its ChrisMiller203. I'd like to know what you would like for me to do so that my page looks like an article. I did not want for it to be promotional. I will make the required changes to save my page from deletion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ChrisMiller203 (talkcontribs) 19:22, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that the page that you created was tagged as a test page and has been or soon may be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Pichpich (talk) 02:12, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sajid Yahiya requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Albyleee (talk) 10:45, 16 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article Sajid Yahiya has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article. The nominator also raised the following concern:

All biographies of living people created after March 18, 2010, must have references.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Speedy deletion nomination of Jose Varghese

Hello Josu4u,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Jose Varghese for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. heather walls (talk) 09:22, 1 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Shibu G Suseelan, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://moviejunction.in/company.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. • Hello, I have undone your revert of me on this article. The content I removed was copied from Here, which explicitly claims copyright. For legal reasons we cannot accept copyrighted materials. You can use that source for the ideas you want to express in the article, but you cannot copy the actual text. Just re-write that section in your own words and there is no problem. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Shibu G Suseelan, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Ananya and Lakshmi Menon. Sorry for the trouble. A wikipedian can't contact film makers always to know the real name of a movie always. And I thought Oru Beeghara Jeeviyaanu will not stand alone as a tagline. --Alfasst (talk) 04:40, 31 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of IDI - Inspector Dawood Ibrahim

The article IDI - Inspector Dawood Ibrahim has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Upcoming film that has not yet begun shooting, does not meet WP:NFF, would support redirect/userfication

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nomination of IDI - Inspector Dawood Ibrahim for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article IDI - Inspector Dawood Ibrahim is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/IDI - Inspector Dawood Ibrahim until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. BOVINEBOY2008 16:01, 6 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

One of several of Godot13's quality submissions during round 1

That's it, the first round is done, sign-ups are closed and we're into round 2. 64 competitors made it into this round, and are now broken into eight groups of eight. The top two of each group will go through to round 3, and then the top scoring 16 "wildcards" across all groups. Round 1 saw some interesting work on some very important articles, with the round leader Australia Freikorp (submissions) owing most of his 622 points scored to a Featured Article on the 2001 film Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within which qualified for a times-two multiplier. This is a higher score than in previous years, as Smithsonian Institution Godot13 (submissions) had 500 points in 2014 at the end of round 1, and our very own judge, Colorado Sturmvogel_66 (submissions) led round 1 with 601 points in 2013.

In addition to Freikorp's work, some other important articles and pictures were improved during round one, here's a snapshot of a few of them:

You may also wish to know that The Core Contest is running through the month of March. Head there for further details - they even have actual prizes!

If you are concerned that your nomination—whether it is at good article candidates, a featured process, or anywhere else—will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. Questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup, and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! WikiCup 2015 May newsletter

C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy) is a long-period comet discovered on 17 August 2014 by Terry Lovejoy; and is one of several Featured Pictures worked up by India The Herald (submissions) during the second round.

The second round one has all wrapped up, and round three has now begun! Congratulations to the 34 contestants who have made it through, but well done and thank you to all contestants who took part in our second round. Leading the way overall was Belarus Cas Liber (submissions) in Group B with a total of 777 points for a variety of contributions including Good Articles on Corona Borealis and Microscopium - both of which received the maximum bonus.

Special credit must be given to a number of high importance articles improved during the second round.

The points varied across groups, with the lowest score required to gain automatic qualification was 68 in Group A - meanwhile the second place score in Group H was 404, which would have been high enough to win all but one of the other Groups! As well as the top two of each group automatically going through to the third round, a minimum score of 55 was required for a wildcard competitor to go through. We had a three-way tie at 55 points and all three have qualified for the next round, in the spirit of fairness. The third round ends on June 28, with the top two in each group progressing automatically while the remaining 16 highest scorers across all four groups go through as wildcards. Good luck to all competitors for the third round! June 2015

Information icon Hello Josu4u. Thanks for patrolling new pages – it's a very important task! I'm just letting you know, however, that you shouldn't tag pages as lacking context (CSD A1), or content (CSD A3), moments after they are created, as you did at Xander verbakel. It's best to wait at least 10–15 minutes for more content to be added if the page is very short, and the articles should not be marked as patrolled. Tagging such pages in a very short space of time may drive away well-meaning contributors, which is not good for Wikipedia. Attack pages (G10), blatant nonsense (G1), copyright violations (G12) and pure vandalism/blatant hoaxes (G3) should of course be tagged and deleted immediately. Speedy deletion 'OfficeReports'

Hi Josu4u

I would like some more time to create a decent article.

I have added OfficeReports to an article about reporting tools, and afterwards the product linked to an empty side. A lot of products like OfficeReports are mentioned in this list and have their own article. Like e.g. SigmnaXL: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SigmaXL

I will edit the article about OfficeReports and add more info and make it look like the SigmaXL article, which is just one of many examples.

Hope I can get a few days for a decent article...

Kind Regards Fred

Mass creation of articles

Hello Josu4u! Yes, new articles must meet minimum requirements, and while a person mass creating articles which fail that criteria may be doing so in order to disrupt Wikipedia or attempting to utilize Wikipedia as a free advertising platform , it is probably just someone who doesn't know Wikipedia's policies. The first step would be to talk to them on their talk page and explain what the policies are, providing links etc. If they continue to create inappropriate content after you have made several attempts to engage with them, then you can make a report at the administrator's notice board and others will review the situation and take appropriate action. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 02:05, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello TheRedPenOfDoom,

Can you be able to remove those contents? Can you also report that user to Wikipedia? Otherwise it will feel everyone in Wikipedia as Wikipedia article can be able to created for everyone in the world. It's my request. Josu4u (talk) 05:02, 25 July 2015 (UTC)Josu4u[reply]

Speedy deletion tags

Please stop flagging articles for speedy deletion. I have undone a number of your deletion tags which were placed under criteria that do not apply to the articles. Most significantly, criterion WP:A7 does not apply to any article which makes any claim of significance, no matter how implausible, nor if the article is entirely unsourced. WikiCup 2015 September newsletter

The finals for the 2015 Wikicup has now begun! Congrats to the 8 contestants who have survived to the finals, and well done and thanks to everyone who took part in rounds 3 and 4.

In round 3, we had a three-way tie for qualification among the wildcard contestants, so we had 34 competitors. The leader was by far Scotland Casliber (submissions) in Group B, who earned 1496 points. Although 913 of these points were bonus points, he submitted 15 articles in the DYK category. Second place overall was Philadelphia Coemgenus (submissions) at 864 points, who although submitted just 2 FAs for 400 points, earned double that amount for those articles in bonus points. Everyone who moved forward to Round 4 earned at least 100 points.

The scores required to move onto the semifinals were impressive; the lowest scorer to move onto the finals was 407, making this year's Wikicup as competitive as it's always been. Our finalists, ordered by round 4 score, are:

  1. Belarus Cas Liber (submissions), who is competing in his sixth consecutive Wikicup final, again finished the round in first place, with an impressive 1666 points in Pool B. Casliber writes about the natural sciences, including ornithology, botany and astronomy. A large bulk of his points this round were bonus points.
  2. Smithsonian Institution Godot13 (submissions) (FP bonus points), second place both in Pool B and overall, earned the bulk of his points with FPs, mostly depicting currency.
  3. Wales Cwmhiraeth (submissions), first in Pool A, came in third. His specialty is natural science articles; in Round 4, he mostly submitted articles about insects and botany. Five out of the six of the GAs he submitted were level-4 vital articles.
  4. Somerset Harrias (submissions), second in Pool A, took fourth overall. He tends to focus on articles about cricket and military history, specifically the 1640s First English Civil War.
  5. Washington, D.C. West Virginian (submissions), from Pool A, was our highest-scoring wildcard. West Virginia tends to focus on articles about the history of (what for it!) the U.S. state of West Virginia.
  6. Somerset Rodw (submissions), from Pool A, likes to work on articles about British geography and places. Most of his points this round were earned from two impressive accomplishments: a GT about Scheduled monuments in Somerset and a FT about English Heritage properties in Somerset.
  7. United States Rationalobserver (submissions), from Pool B, came in seventh overall. RO earned the majority of her points from GARs and PRs, many of which were earned in the final hours of the round.
  8. England Calvin999 (submissions), also from Pool B, who was competing with RO for the final two spots in the final hours, takes the race for most GARs and PRs—48.

The intense competition between RO and Calvin999 will continue into the finals. They're both eligible for the Newcomers Trophy, given for the first time in the Wikicup; whoever makes the most points will win it.

Good luck to the finalists; the judges are sure that the competition will be fierce!

Winner 42 has offered to volunteer, I would suggest that you read WP:Mentor and if you are agreeable, then discuss with Winner 42 on the general framework of this mentorship. cheers. —SpacemanSpiff 08:26, 3 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello User:SpacemanSpiff, Thanks for your suggestion. I am interested for being mentored, by another editor. I cannot find any links for registering on Winner 42. So can you please help me how to get mentored.
Please discuss with him at User talk:Winner 42. Also, sign your posts with ~~~~ at the end of every post to a talk page. cheers. —SpacemanSpiff 19:52, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot.Josu4u (talk) 19:56, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict)Hi Josu4u. I'm interested in mentoring you. A little about me: I've been on Wikipedia for over five years now and have experience in both New Page Patrol and assisting other users. I currently am running two other mentorships through the Adopt-a-User program. In general, Mentorship is a fairly informal process so we can structure it however you would like. Several options include talk page conversations, skype conversations, adoption courses (such as the course designed by WormTT), and/or anything else you can think of. I'm here if you need any help or have any questions. Winner 42 Talk to me! 20:13, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Winner 42, Can you please provide me your Skype id, so that i can easily ask you my doubts and get clarified more easily. My Skype id is josevarghese28Josu4u (talk) 18:58, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User-page claims

Hello Josu4u.
Your userpage claims:

  • "This user has made 8,600+ edits to Wikipedia.", but you only have a total of about 1,342 [1]. 93 of which are to your userpage.
  • It also claims "This user has created 165 ... articles ...", but you have only created 18 [2] (apart from talk pages or similar).

Please correct these.--220 of Borg 18:46, 5 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you 220 for notifying me, actually i made it from some user pages and i thought that edit counts will change automatically. Anyway for thanks for notifying.
Be careful of copying others user pages. No, you have to manually change the figures, unless someone has come up with templates that auto-update. (Don't forget to wp:sign!) 220 of Borg 13:23, 6 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: Saarah Hameed Ahmed

Hello Josu4u. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Saarah Hameed Ahmed, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Sending this to AFD, because it does have plausable sources. Thank you. Courcelles (talk) 23:03, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello talk, Reason for why i noticed for speedy deletion of Saarah Hameed Ahmed is : The references used within are from some religious websites and i cannot find any articles from any major newspapers reporting about this news through their websites. Josu4u (talk) 23:49, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'd quite like to know your reasoning for un-reviewing Sai Ankur. --Non-Dropframe talk 10:50, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Non-Dropframe, I cannot find any importance of the article and it looks it should be speedy deleted, so when i Curate the newly created article, i found it to be reviewed by someone. That's why i un-reviewed. May be its caused because of time delay from my side. Josu4u (talk) 10:58, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I marked the article for deletion and the article is automatically marked as reviewed thereafter. Marking the article as reviewed does not mean it has been found as acceptable for inclusion, it merely means that it no longer requires editor's attention. --Non-Dropframe talk 11:01, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, its my mistake. Keep fighting against these vandalism and vandalism from Wikipedia. Have a great Day. Josu4u (talk) 11:13, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined:The glossary

I am not sure why you are marking The glossary for speedy deletion. Mention of The glossary at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/This_Is_Water is currently a red link and it is better for people to know something about them. Robin Singh (talk) 11:29, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello talk, Within the article created by you on Wikipedia ie; The glossary It doesnot contain any references for reviewing it. Youtube and Facebook links are not taken as valid references.Josu4u (talk) 11:40, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Tagging of Law Internship

I recently removed a speedy delete tag that you had placed on Law Internship. I do not think that Law Internship fits any of the speedy deletion criteria  because The article does not seem to be promoting anything, nor does it appear to be "blatant and obvious misinformation" or pure vandalism. It is however a massive copyvio of various sources, which would have been a correct reason to speedy delete it.. I request that you consider not re-tagging Law Internship for speedy deletion without discussing the matter on the appropriate talk page. McGeddon (talk) 14:30, 5 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Viswant

I wouldn't be surprised if the article should be deleted on the strength of its sources and it might even meet WP:A7, but it shouldn't be speedy deleted as "blatant and obvious misinformation" or "would require a fundamental rewrite in order to become encyclopedic", which are the only two criteria you tagged with. An accurately written article about an unremarkable actor is not misinformation and would not benefit from a rewrite. --McGeddon (talk) 16:28, 5 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Toc H Institute of Science and Technology, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Network computing (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). like you care

i would like to know why you think cubsbearshawksbulls is inappropriate

Hello, i cannot find any importance of that article to be there on Wikipedia. Josu4u (talk) 23:17, 14 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
why do you have to take it so seriously, i was doing it because me and my friend thought it was cool, i dont know why you care so much, its just a page explaining our channels. oh and by the way, you should check out our channels on YouTube.
This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Josu4u (talk) 23:25, 14 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
(the one you say has an inappropriate page) look i know this is somebody who can only say somethings, or its a machine. either way, nobody cares, except for me. so look, whoever this is, stop, nobody will ever look at those pages, and even if they do, all they need to know is exactly what i put on there. nobody cares, and also, this is wikipedia, i think half the people who mention wikipedia say all the information is fake. nobody cares how specific it goes, just that there is information there for them to read and understand something, whatever they are looking for. how about this, if i get big on YouTube, dont think that i will want a page on here about me, mostly because half of it could be fake and i dont know who runs it. are you an administrator or something, by the way, im just wondering. this is also really stupid because it says i can create a page, yet, you say i cant without "specific information." I think im just going to head over to facebook, at least theree i can have freedom.

Hi, What Content I Have Removed ??

I Am Adding Reference to the words.(Josenishanth (talk) 16:42, 15 October 2015 (UTC))[reply]

Hello Josenishanth, All the edits that you added to the article references is not providing any accuracy/ significant. As on Wikipedia we didn't welcome YouTube or Facebook references. Also another websites that you submitted is about Kappa tv, we didn't welcome it too.Josu4u (talk) 16:49, 15 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Then bro, please advice what is advisable. We should simply add contents without any references right ? --Josenishanth (talk) 17:04, 15 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Josenishanth As on Wikipedia, we cannot add contents about the article without any references. References stands as the medium for verifying the contents/article is whether right or wrong. So for creating good articles, we need to concentrate more on articles from relevant newspaper online websites. In Kerala, there are lot of websites which features gossips news and all, Wikipedia strongly disagree with those websites, that's why i removed the references added by you to Madonna Sebastian. If you any doubts please feel to ask me, i will help you.Josu4u (talk) 17:12, 15 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
