Hi, So earlier today you deleted the sandbox, User:Celinanguyen/sandbox, and said it was due to copyright infringement. Hi Rickin,

I'm getting a bit frustrated with continuously Wikipedia pages that are somehow linked to the agenda of Pan-Turks. They keep manipulated with no/fake citations. Could you have a look at them?

Cheers, Ajax.

About article

Hello, you deleted the article on Marton Kovacs I produced. You deleted it because you said it was already once deleted in the past after discussion. I have however added several new information and sources. In addition, I have explained why the changes were significant in the talk section of Marton Kovacs. Now everything I wrote is gone. Can you explain why you have deleted everything without responding to the arguments I presented in the talk section. Also, can you please reinstate the article or send me at least the content of the article and the talk page. User: StudentMadrid (talk) 14:40, 22 February 2017 (UTC)StudentMadrid[reply]

You have recently deleted a page while I was updating it and adding reasons why it should not be deleted. Daddy310 (talk) 20:04, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hey I added a comment after the thread was closed, you may want to take a look at it. --Cameron11598 (Talk) 23:57, 9 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

just saw it, and honestly I'm pretty sure there isn't much a CU can do. If they edit with an IP the same way, it'll be easy to point out I'm sure. RickinBaltimore (talk) 02:23, 10 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicate accounts

If I had to guess- someone who's locked themselves out of the account they created 36 minutes previously :) I've tried asking, but, presuming they're in the subcontinent, it's about 8PM there. Cheers, O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 14:26, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Both pages are U5 worthy too I'd say. I'll keep an eye out, if it's a simple lock out, no big deal. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:31, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
At your command, Megatron! -U5 it is. I was so busy wondering what to do about their dup acounts, I forgot that's how I'd found them in the first place! Cheers, O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 14:40, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'll keep an eye out like I said, pages were deleted, so there is that. RickinBaltimore (talk) 15:00, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Ali Khaliqi

(talk) hello Dear Rikin, Sorry but I wanted explain you the page Ali khaliqi that i make today and you deleted was not ads page it was belong to an great artist of carpet design and he doesn't have any benefit on that, he is quite famous in Carpet design and his name is everywhere that's why we as his ex students decide to create his page in wiki. could you please recheck or guide me how we can confirm it? thank you for advance (Kobi41 (talk) 15:03, 14 February 2017 (UTC))[reply]

The issue is that he does not meet our notability guidelines for a subject on Wikipedia. You have to show that he does through independent reliable sources that can back your claims up. RickinBaltimore (talk) 15:06, 14 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

(talk)Thank you so much ok I will do it one by one and how can I correct them without remake the same page? (Kobi41 (talk) 15:45, 14 February 2017 (UTC)).[reply]

I'd suggest working in your draft space first. If the article looks like it might be ready to go, try going through the articles for creation process, and it can be published through there. This also gives other editors the ability to look at the page and see that it's worthy of publication. RickinBaltimore (talk) 16:09, 14 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
(talk)Ok thank you for your guid. I will do it (Kobi41 (talk) 16:13, 14 February 2017 (UTC))[reply]

No problem! RickinBaltimore (talk) 18:15, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

question

You have recently deleted a page called Dr.molrok this should have been an english version of an german wiki entry . can you please explain how i can set on a english version according to the terms ,to get the original page been recognized internationally ?! thanks (Denbenutzernamengibtesnochnicht (talk) 20:12, 15 February 2017 (UTC))[reply]

The issue with the page is that it didn't appear that he met the general notability guidelines. If you want to work on the page, I'd suggest perhaps working in your sandbox first, and try to get the page set up with the information needed to show how he is notable. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:19, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

How is Christopher Duntsch not notable?

Can you explain why you think Christopher Duntsch is not notable? There are more than 20,000 results on google for his name and he is the subject of major investigations and lawsuits. Natureium (talk) 20:20, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article originally was tagged for deletion for being an attack page, however the term "Dr. Death" is being used in the media and it appears that an attack page didn't apply. That being said, this may be something where WP:BLP1E applies, as while he is getting coverage for this trial, and specifically "If that person otherwise remains, and is likely to remain, a low-profile individual. Biographies in these cases can give undue weight to the event and conflict with neutral point of view. In such cases, it is usually better to merge the information and redirect the person's name to the event article." I think this section of WP:BLP1E would apply in this case. You're more that welcome however to go to WP:DELREV for a further consensus on the matter. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:26, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Ok then,

Mess

Could you please solve the mess here? "Please" ask this "slow on the draw" editor if he Srednuas Lenoroc who created a new account or a seperate editor whose username is very similar to Srednuas Lenoroc. We have been asking the same question again and again...but he does not give a simple, clear answer. His confusing, blurred responses cause a real mess. If he keep continuing such blurred responses, instead of giving a simple, clear answer, please block him. Because this mess is really trolling the previous cases. 46.221.219.63 (talk) 09:45, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I see that they have had multiple editors asking what is going on. I'm watching both AN/I and the SPI to see what comes next. RickinBaltimore (talk) 13:17, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Could you please comment on here? And it would be nice if close and archieve the SPI case which was submitted by Sir Sputnik yesterday, regarding the same editor. Because it created a mess and the previous case seems being trolled because of it. 46.221.178.57 (talk) 16:53, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hey please review deletion of page Dr Rajlakshmi sj — Preceding unsigned comment added by TUSHAR KARMARKAR (talkcontribs) 14:04, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have reviewed the page and they do not meet our guidelines of notability. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:09, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

But can I ask you why Rickin? There is enough on google, google news, google images and google videos about her. She has inspired thousands of disabled India. Prominent mainstream media like Times of India (highest circulated daily in India) have also written on her. If small small villages and every individual one time local body elected politician can be there on Wikipedia, why can't somebody so inspirational and who is not even distantly related to me. Still you deleted.please reply

Again, you need to read over WP:N. I did a Google search on her, and the first hit is her personal website. There is a story about her in Times of India, but that is it. One story isn't enough, especially since it appears to be the only real in depth info about her. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:21, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

AIV decline

Greetings, Rick: I don't believe we have interacted before. I happened to see that you had declined this report, about this user. I would not have blocked at that point either, so I have no quarrel with the outcome of the decision; but I did want to say that given that it was a) a registered account, b) an issue with promotional editing, and c) a report suggesting a spam-only account, the report being stale really does not enter into the picture, does it? A spambot is a spambot, whether an hour old or a month old. Indeed I'd be more wary of older accounts producing spam, as these receive less scrutiny; so TL:DR, declining it as "stale" was probably not the best move. Of course it's possible that you saw something there that I did not, but I thought I'd leave you a note in any case. Regards, Vanamonde (talk) 15:44, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the comment! I understand what you were saying, I used the stale option because it seemed to be the best reasoning as to why I was hesitant to block the account. (Though had I been up during the time they were editing, I'd likely had blocked it). RickinBaltimore (talk) 16:09, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Re-creation of Ekopedia article (after its deletion)

Hello, I believe the Ekopedia article was deleted because Ekopedia went off line ... is it OK to recreate it now that it's back online again (at least for the french project which was the biggest project anyway) ? ... I can also add links (see http://www.appropedia.org/Ekopedia ) If I have time - Thanks for your help ! --Pierro78 (talk) 16:36, 20 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The page wasn't deleted because the site was off line, it was deleted because it did not meet WP:GNG, and did not have independent reliable sources to show how it was notable. If you want to start working on it, I'd suggest start in your sandbox as a draft article, get the sources to show why it's notable and go from there. CAN YOU PLEASE UN DELETE my page? You did it and it wasn't cool.Notabimbo (talk) 20:28, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This page should not have been speedy-deleted as G4. Following the userfication by admin User:MichaelQSchmidt, User:Dr. Blofeld added a new section, with new sources, to the userfied text, then moved it back to mainspace. (MQS may not have userfied the article properly, but that problem could have by solved by a histmerge). The G4-deleted text was not substantially identical to the AFD-deleted text, and G4-deletion was therefore incorrect. Please restore the article. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). OrangeSkunk

Thanks for cleaning up that mess... Could you also delete User:OrangeSkunk/False Edits? (unless you see some sort of reason to keep it...) Thanks! 172.56.39.33 (talk) 22:05, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You deleted this article twice now. It's been recreated today; could you take a look and see if it's any better? Sources 1, 4, and 5 don't mention the subject at all, while source 3 is a blog. Source 2 seems reliable, but could be a press release. Thoughts? O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 17:00, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Source #2 comes from "PRNewswire", which is a press release, correct. As you said 1, 4 and 5 make no mention of the subject, and the 3rd source is "Yourstory.com", which again is a blog site. I'm deleting it, again. Might need to be salted though. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:06, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for that. Yep, don't think the vista is particularly improved by its presence  ;) O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 17:27, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

You deleted my "Chase Johnsey" page. Does the NY Times count as a reliable source? What about 2 major awards. Now, I can no longer edit the page. What shall I do to continue working on this page? - dchaissejohnsier — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dchaissejohnsier (talkcontribs) 03:26, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you are working on it here Draft:Chase Johnsey (Ballet Dancer), however the draft was declined because it does not have sourcing to show why the subject is notable. If you do have a NY Times piece, you would need to add it to this article. Also, since this appears to be an article about you, I would read over WP:AUTO, as writing an autobiography is STRONGLY discouraged. RickinBaltimore (talk) 13:14, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Am I reading to much into

This? Particularly March 27- edit summaries such as 'continue cleanup - see talk' and 'notable sufficiently entries' are almost identical. O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 16:31, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Worth having a look into at the least. Behavior wise they are similar, and it's really odd they have such a fixation on a seemingly random editor's page. RickinBaltimore (talk) 17:24, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Okaay- I can set it up of course, but tbh I haven't been following the case- I only came across it / them today, so haven't got a grasp of the background at all. I just notice the TP MfD which struck me as odd, so I looked into it. O Fortuna!...Imperatrix mundi. 17:56, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
That pretty much is the background though. This user created multiple XfD for a blocked user's page, then proceeded to spam these XfD with Speedy Delete votes. The user has a fixation with this specific blocked user, and their editing styles appear to be alike (not to mention that the new user was created a few weeks after the master was blocked).
