Advances in Electrical and Computer Engineering (founded in 2001) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Ştefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Romania. The journal is indexed and abstracted in Science Citation Index, Journal Citation Reports and other major international data bases. As of 2018, the journal's editor in chief is Adrian Graur.

The journal publishes original scientific articles and reviews. The principal aim of the journal is to bring together the latest research and development in various fields of science and technology such as computer science, artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, knowledge engineering, process control theory and applications, distributed systems and computer networks, electronics, communications, data transmission, software engineering, energy conversion, electrotechnics, electric machines modeling and design, control of electric drive systems, non-conventional energy conversion, sensors, transducers modeling and design, electro-physics, and nanotechnology.

All published papers are registered with CrossRef and published on-line in full-text with references. Cited-By Linking service is available for all papers.

Extended versions of selected best papers presented at the International Conference on Development and Application Systems Conference are published in this journal.
