New user created specifically to edit the page Hanbok.
Some time earlier, User:VeryGoodBoy used a IP address to reinsert content deleted in a previous discussion back to the article Hanbok [1]. The IP can be confidently linked to this case via this message. The person behind Rpdfpd was pushing the same fringe theory of Korean-nomadic connection as VeryGoodBoy/Koraskadi did a number of times before; they also have to be constantly watching the article Hanbok, so presumably they are from the same user.
