Delete - The article does not speak for itself as to either general notability or musical notability. The article has already been moved to draft space once and re-created in article space, either tendentiously or to game the system. Keep I've been following Parsa Khaef works for a while and I can tell you he is such a genious. He'll be much more famous in one year or two and that's why I think wikipedia should have make a page for him

Delete - I wish the kid luck as he embarks on a career in which he can utilize his talents. But to all the puppets or friends above, Wikipedia is an encyclopedic resource in which people and things must qualify for inclusion. This is not a promotional service that simply extends a musician's social media blitz. Keep The artist has been mentioned in native language news sources and TVs, which means he is notable, and he's been in the Persian and Turkish music market ten years before he joined the Asre Jadid, that's why I think it's better to keep his article.
