Keep While I'd have gone delete, the multiple mentions of him with regard to sanctions, I suspect, make him a geopolitical figure and get him past WP:GNG - "If the depth of coverage in any given source is not substantial, then multiple independent sources may be combined to demonstrate notability" Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 10:17, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

General Director of the 10th largest Russian bank Promsvyazbank, detailed in organisations like the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, [11], [12], the Free Russia Forum [13], and covered also in English-language sources like Bloomberg News [14], Sky News [15], Reuters [16], The Guardian [17], BBC News [18], and detailed by the US Treasury [19], the UK Government [20], the European Union [21]. Fradkov and his work is also covered in scholarly texts such as Alena V. Ledeneva's Can Russia Modernise? Sistema, Power Networks and Informal Governance, Anders Åslund's Russia's Crony Capitalism: The Path from Market Economy to Kleptocracy, the Strategic Studies Institute's The Rise of Russia - The Turning Point for Russian Foreign Policy, Keir Giles's Russian Interests in Sub-Saharan Africa, Richard Sakwa's The Putin Paradox, among quite a few others.
