The Derry Journal is a newspaper based in Derry, Northern Ireland, serving County Londonderry as well as County Donegal in the Republic of Ireland. It is operated by a holding company entitled Local Press Ltd, part of Johnston Press. It was originally entitled the Londonderry Journal; its current name reflects the moderate nationalist stance it has taken for much of its life. It is currently edited by Martin McGinley.

Other sister titles are published in Co Donegal, Republic of Ireland.

From 2005-2006, a version of the paper was published in Coleraine as the Coleraine Journal. It had a weekly circulation of c.700.
