Hi Shirt58 My name SynthAr is not accepted at uploading pictures. Can you tell me what to do? I edited Wikipedia page about 10 years ago and I got my name at that time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SynthAr (talk • contribs) 13:37, 31 July 2020 (UTC) hi Pete, thought i would send you a message here but happy for you to move to my talk page. Just wondered how i can fix your comments on the 'Booo Kroo' page. I added additional sources but not sure why you feel current ones aren't reliable? Which aspects need additional citations? Also not sure about the comment about notability guidelines for films, this isn't a film. Any extra pointers are appreciated. Bryanlikealioninzion (talk) 16:30, 16 October 2019 (UTC)

hello, Pete! i just wanted to check to see if, in this edit, you had deliberately reverted my sorting of the categories, or if you had simply overlooked that change when you reverted the recent unconstructive edits to that article. it's completely fine if the latter is the case, but if it's the former, i wanted to understand if there was a standard that i may have inadvertently broken. (by the way, although i generally prefer to assume good faith, the reverted edits had included spanish vulgarities.) dying (talk) 02:48, 16 November 2022 (UTC)

ArbCom 2022 Elections voter message
Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}
to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:35, 29 November 2022 (UTC)

Administrators' newsletter – December 2022
News and updates for administrators from the past month (November 2022).
- Consensus has been found in an RfC to automatically place RfAs on hold after one week.
- The article creation at scale RfC has been closed.
- An RfC on the banners for the December 2022 fundraising campaign has been closed.
- A new preference named "Enable limited width mode" has been added to the Vector 2022 skin. The preference is also shown as a toggle on every page if your monitor is 1600 pixels or wider. When disabled it removes the whitespace added by Vector 2022 on the left and right of the page content. Disabling this preference has the same effect as enabling the wide-vector-2022 gadget. (T319449)
- Eligible users are invited to vote on candidates for the Arbitration Committee until 23:59 December 12, 2022 (UTC). Candidate statements can be seen here.
- The proposed decision for the 2021-22 review of the discretionary sanctions system is open.
- The arbitration case Reversal and reinstatement of Athaenara's block has been closed.
- The arbitration case Stephen has been opened and the proposed decision is expected 1 December 2022.
- A motion has modified the procedures for contacting an admin facing Level 2 desysop.
- Tech tip: A single IPv6 connection usually has access to a "subnet" of 18 quintillion IPs. Add
/64
to the end of an IP in Special:Contributions to see all of a subnet's edits, and consider blocking the whole subnet rather than an IP that may change within a minute.

Speedy deletion declined: Alessandro D Ubaldo
Hello Shirt58. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Alessandro D Ubaldo, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: not substantially identical to the deleted version. Thank you. Salvio 15:53, 27 December 2022 (UTC)
Fascinating stuff
Not a field of expertise at all, but I have been repeatedly intrigued by Beltracchi for quite a while, not to mention trustees' sometimes pompous and smug reactions (by no means everyone, of course). Jorge Reyes
Hello! Regarding actor Jorge Reyes, I believe the notability could be an issue. I made the article when I was a minor and thus a bit biased (looking from now). Reyes isn’t a public figure since 2015 and if needed, we can redirect Jorge Reyes (Venezuelan actor) to the telenovela having Reyes’ most famous role, Valeria (2009 TV series). :-) Thanks for understanding! The Revels Group Page
Hey Pete!
I was wondering if adding more sources will approve the wikipedia page thats marked for deletion "The Revels Group". I found some more links https://www.revolt.tv/article/2022-04-21/164507/the-revels-group-brings-out-big-names-for-annual-midweek-coachella-bash/, https://www.blackenterprise.com/the-revels-group-hosts-initial-black-future-now-brunch/, https://www.allmusic.com/artist/the-revels-group-management-mn0003277229. There are a ton more including the ones in Forbes but I thought these would be the best to add to make it approved.
