The majority of the people who live in Mona are elderly? That seems highly unlikely for any neighborhood outside of a retirement community, particularly one housing a university campus. I'm tempted to remove this as I cannot find a source (Jlm275 (talk) 21:27, 21 March 2014 (UTC))[reply]
