Does it even merit an article?

Greetings, Wikipedians! Based on Google Maps, this appears to be a small neighborhood at best, with 10-15 buildings. It is not mentioned on the U.S. Census Bureau or U.S. Postal service site. A thorough Google search resulted in no further information. There seems to be little hope of expanding or improving it.
