Neutrality

This article is in no way neutral. I have removed some of the promotional sections because they read like they were copied and pasted from the subject's website. The only reference was the KARL Project's website, and the only links were to their affiliated pages. @Jbglenn: Are you in any way affiliated with the KARL Project? If so, you must disclose such information. Also, you should read up on our rules about promotional content. Long story short, advertising is forbidden. Thank you, I await your response.
