Organ concertos besides the two by Joseph Rheinberger were rare but not so unheard of, the symphonie concertante of Jongen and that in E-flat minor by Horatio Parker, and others contemporary with the Saint-Saëns works come to mind, and Poulenc's and others' since, some of which are closer to classical concerto form than others it is true- but in all that last sentence (... since) needs argument and discussion, it is not obvious; in any case, removed it.
