Truck Scene at End of Episode

Does anyone know if the truck scene with Cartman heading to DC was parodying something specific?

Imagination Inhabitants

There were just so many and the scenes go by so quickly...looks like it may take the next (two?) episodes to get a complete run-down of the list. I'm not sure even the forums at southparkstudios.com can help with this one - though I imagine the list will increase next week, if this is truly a continuation. Keep in mind T&M have pulled that stunt before.
