Inhale Exhale
This article is about the Christian metalcore band. Bloodjinn has a song with the same title. For the Nasum album, see Inhale/Exhale.

Inhale Exhale is a Christian metalcore band from Canton, Ohio. The band was formed in 2005, and they are currently signed onto Solid State Records.

The band has already achieved popularity in the Christian music scene, primarily because of the band's members. Guitarist John LaRussa is a former member of the band Narcissus, former bassist Brian Pittman is a former member of the band Relient K, and lead singer Ryland Raus is formerly of the band Widdlesworth. [1]

The band's first album, The Lost. The Sick. The Sacred., was originally to be released in October 2006. However, after the band announced that lead vocalist Andy Levy had left because his wife threatend to leave him if he didn't spend more time with her. Inhale Exhale went back into the studio to re-record the album with their new lead vocalist, Ryland Raus. As a result, the album's release date was pushed back to November 21, 2006.

Recently, Bobby Poole II and the band split ways. The band, though, is continuing on touring, and the departure of their drummer hasn't stopped them. Before Poole had joined, Brian Pittman had asked some of his friends who were drummers to join the band, so it was possible Pittman may have had to do this again. In any case, it was announced on MySpace by the band in June 2007 that Chris "Tank" Murk was the band's new drummer. Murk was the former drummer for the band Last Tuesday.

At Cornerstone Festival 2007, Ryland Raus said that their new CD would be out in January of 2008. The title of the CD was not revealed. In one of the band's MySpace blogs, they announced about Brian Pittman, "New update folks. Well for those who saw us on the Rival Factions tour probably noticed that Brian was not on bass, maybe some didn't notice, but either way he wasn't. Some have heard that he has taken a break due to health reasons and personal. That is true. After a lot of thought and consideration, Brian has decided to stay home. He will always have a place in Inhale Exhale, and we love him. But to many factors at home needed his attention. He is excited to be on a permanent break from music. He loves what he has done thus far in his career, but he needed to get better and take care of some personal business."
