The Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute is a private Mennonite Brethren Christian school located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It was founded in 1945. It has approximately 600 students from Grade 6 to Grade 12.

The school gained notoriety in early 2006 when alumnus Cindy Klassen won five Olympic medals for Canada. Additional notable alumni include Starfield, Jon Buller, Brendan Fehr, and Rob James.
