Track map of all storms during the season.

The 2007–08 South Pacific cyclone season officially ran between November 1, 2007 and April 30, 2008, although Tropical Depression 01F formed outside these official parameters, on October 17, 2007. The timeline includes information that was not operationally released, meaning information from post-storm reviews by the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC), and the Fiji Meteorological Service, such as information on a storm that was not operationally warned on. This timeline documents all the storm formations, strengthening, weakening, landfalls, extratropical transitions, as well as dissipation's during the 2007–08 South Pacific cyclone season.

During the year, 16 tropical disturbances, 15 tropical depressions, 4 tropical cyclones and 3 severe tropical cyclones formed. Tropical cyclones between 160°E and 120°W and north of 25°S are monitored by the Fiji Meteorological Service the Regional Specialized Meteorological Centre (RSMC) for the South Pacific. Those that move south of 25°S are monitored by the Tropical Cyclone Warning Centre (TCWC) in Wellington, New Zealand.[1] The JTWC which is run by the US Navy, also issue warnings within the South Pacific, designating them with the P suffix.[1] Within this basin both RSMC Nadi and TCWC Wellington, both use the Australian Tropical Cyclone Intensity Scale. The JTWC designates storms numerically, as the agency may assess a different intensity than that of RSMC Nadi or TCWC Wellington.
